B: 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon, and applechips=110

Intake: June 14

B: 1/4 cup oatmeal w/ apple chips=110 

L: Ate at souplantation and had salad (romaine, spinach, grated carrot, broccoli, beets, and salt+pepper) and some apple medley. Found all the nutrition info online ;) =250

S: Tiny apple=90

D: Shiritaki noodles, black beans, can of green beans, vegan chicken, sprinkle of brewers yeast=300

S: Apple, dried edamame (250)

Total= 1000 delicious calories

Fresh start

I’ve deleted my previous writing posts. I want to have a fresh start. This time I am going to become more fit and healthy so I can be more confident- not to become more weak. From now on i’m going to do this the right way- eating nutritious foods that I like and allowing myself to indulge without bingeing. I don’t own a scale so it’s good that i’ll be focusing on how I feel and not just the numbers. I am going to stop obsessively measuring absolutely everything and estimate my calories more. I am going to show that I am a healthy vegan girl who wants to improve her life. I’m not going to fall back into the ED trap.

I’m so excited by how great I Know i’ll look when I can do this. How confident i’ll feel. I won’t have to worry about it anymore. I don’t care if I have to wear layers and sweatshirts to hide it from my family- I will do this.
